Today, we live in a world of exponential change. Another great, Albert Einstein, once said that we can’t solve our problems of today with the thinking of yesterday. If we want different results, we need to think differently. We are observing a flow of society-shaping, rapidly developing technologies and ideologies that can directly or indirectly challenge pre-existing ideas. Entrepreneurship is about re-inventing, not only our companies, industries and communities…but ourselves. In order for real change to take place, a metamorphosis needs to happen–as business leaders, only those willing to evolve are the ones who prevail.
