I’m about to start a new project and thinking about the kind of people I want to have on my team. Growth is the agenda. Growth has the be the mindset.

Here is what I think is important:

  1. A ‘done is better than perfect’ attitude
  2. An aggressive and competitive mentality
  3. Voracious learners
  4. Resilient to failure and always looking to improve
  5. Opinions and ideas on how to do things better
  6. Bias towards action
  7. Impact-driven
